Programmed Skilled Workforce has partnered with a leading national logistics provider to recruit an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their North Fremantle operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys running a busy warehouse floor, leading teams, and ensuring safe, efficient daily operations.


About the Role

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations and supervising floor staff to ensure productivity, safety, and service targets are consistently met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising day shift warehouse staff and daily floor operations

  • Coordinating container unpacks, truck loading, order completion and downstacking

  • Supporting administration staff to meet operational requirements

  • Responding to customer queries when required

  • Ensuring all safety, cleaning, and compliance checklists are completed

  • Following dairy and food safety protocols and reporting non-conformances

  • Reporting shift activities and ensuring smooth handovers between shifts

  • Promoting safe work practices and complying with SHE requirements

  • Assisting with ad hoc duties as required by management


About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in transport, logistics, or warehousing supervision

  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

  • High attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines

  • A reliable, team-focused attitude with strong safety awareness

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email systems (preferred)
